Knee pain after squats, is my form ok?

Been dealing with discomfort in my knees after leg days for some months. My knees feel good while squatting, its about an hour after that they feel off, right in the front of my knee cap. Body weight squats and sitting aggravates it, and it lasts for a few days.

I took a month off leg day and focused on stretching and knees over toes work, and this is my first heavy set back. Is my form the problem?

I dont like squatting without heels elevated, i have bad ankle mobility and I feel stable like this. The depth feels 'right'. I noticed from the video my heels come up slightly? Maybe my weight is too forward?

I also tried knee sleeves recently, they didnt help

Diving into the hobby headfirst?

I havent ridden a motorcycle in 2 years and live in San Francisco with no car or garage, so im thinking of just going all out upfront. Ill buy a track ready 600, a cargo van, and rent monthly parking in a garage ($400/mo lol). Ill keep the bike in the van all the time.

Is that crazy? I've done trackdays before and am confident I want to get into it seriously

Any thoughts or things to keep in mind? Im weighing what van to go for, if it could fit 2 bikes that'd be cool but i think sprinter vans might make parking harder/more expensive. Maybe an e150 will work? Also considering pitbull trs

I figure the convenience of the van beats uhaul, and uhaul costs add up fast. For the trackdays I did years ago, i was spending a few hundred bucks a weekend for a uhaul rental
