Feels like a bit of a dumb question but I would like to pick some blackberries and make something from them.

There's a patch near me that are large and they look ripe and very uniform, but they taste a bit bland. They're not sharp, definitely sweet but nit as strong as I remembered from my childhood.

I am in an area that has had no rain for weeks so I was wondering if this has anything to do with it? Should I pick them now and use them or should I wait for some rain? Is it likely at this point that the ones that aren't ready to be picked yet will continue to develop and ripen?

Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I don't want to be the reason they are wasted.

I personally feel that AI content is not only unnecessary but complerely undermines the creativity and genuinely amazing human achievements that are present in the skating community.

This is in response to this post about powered inline skates that has some anomalies that appear AI generated which one of the moderators has also commented on.

I've seen people dying wheels etc. but I am hoping to make a set of FR1s in a custom color. Was wondering if there are any dyes that would work on the white boot for this purpose?

I know I could paint them but honestly dying seems like a much easier way to get a more durable finish.
