I know this is a hot pepper subreddit, but what kind of pepper is this. It was listed as Gypsy mini Bell, but I’m unsure.

It is in real good soil mixed for drainage with worm castings and Fox farm soil mixed with my compost and extra perlite. I’m feeding it Grow Big weekly.
What is wrong with my tomatoes?
