What is this incredibly luscious grass in my backyard? (Raleigh, NC)

Through no hard work of my own, other than neglect, this really nice grass has become the largest same-grass patch in my back yard.

Google Lens says fescue or Bermuda. What is it? And how do I get it to spread throughout the entire yard?

Am I insane to try and install new gutters on my own?

I’m handy. But the idea of mustering the energy to take on a project like that while juggling a job and a 2 year old is daunting.

But is it something that’s doable?

Ceiling of my closet is insanely hot during the summer. Insulation issue?

My wife and I both have individual insets in our large walk-in closet. My inset has the entrance hatch for the attic in it. The ceiling/hatch are insanely warm during the summer. Significantly warmer than my wife’s, but both are warmer than any other closet ceilings.

Would it be an insulation issue? The closets sit under the southeastern facing roof of the house.

I feel like the only person with this problem: snack trays aren’t fitting my Vista V1

Ive ordered 5 different snack trays from Amazon that are supposed to be compatible with the V1 Vista. But none of them fit. The shapes of the key and latch housings are mismatched. And the key/post is too short for the female hole.

Has anyone experienced this?
I also can’t seem to find an appropriately shaped snack tray anywhere online.
