Is this an unsaid rule in the Gym - That Only 2 People can Share an Equipment at a time?

Sometimes come across folks who get offended if a third person wants to join in. Many people are cool about it, they understand gym can get crowded or/and there is single type of that machine.

Cutting Off People. Can anyone relate to this?

First, this happened a few years back and I did it again few months back. I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist for the past few months and I think I have reasoned and hopefully solved this.

So I have had a base line, negative mindset about myself and the events in my life. This led to relationships deteriorating in my mind with time as I kept on accumulating the bad stuff and did not fairly acknowledge the good stuff.

Also, a baseline negative mindset brings a lot of anxiety, which leads to both sometimes being a pushover or stream rolling.

I have worked on this mindset and have made it more neutral than it has ever been before. I feel better than ever before, sustainably so for the past months.

How to stop the repititive re-enactments of random unpleasant events in the brain?

An unpleasant conversation when re enacted 10-20 times in a day or two, in brain’s lightening fast ways, becomes stronger in negativity. That drains me out.
