Hey, I was wondering how long the be quiet! RMA process takes. I purchased an open-box be quiet! Light Loop 360mm White from Canada Computers about two months ago. Now that I have the rest of my components, I finally unboxed it and found that it was missing all its screws. Upon contacting be quiet!, they directed me to an Amazon page to order new screws, as they wouldn't replace them due to it being an open-box item. Last night, I finally installed the AIO, and to my disbelief, I found that the pump doesn't even work, nor does the LED ring light. I am planning on attempting to RMA it again, but I was wondering how long it would take to replace this unit, assuming it is approved. Before anyone asks: yes, I’m sure the pump is dead. It is correctly wired to my motherboard, and I have checked the BIOS as well. Thanks in advance!
