I live in Quebec, I have a Canada plan coverage for a long time, and I'm today in Ontario (Toronto) and I cannot call or receive calls at all. My wallet is 0 and I notice that from a few days ago, I have an entry in my wallet for a "Roaming call".

- Why can't I make call or receive call despite the canada coverage?
- Why was I charged for a call via my wallet money with an unlimited canada coverage?
