M24 Hair loss problem SINCE 4.5 year's

How can I treat my hair thinning? I've been experiencing hair loss for the past 4.5 years, and the thinning is mainly on the top middle area of my scalp. My hair has always been naturally fine and thin since childhood.

The hair fall seems to have been triggered when I moved to Dehradun, where I was exposed to hard water. Around the same time, I was also found to have nutritional deficiencies, which may have contributed to the problem. And I'm maintaining this density past 4 year's without minoxidil and Finastride

So according to Indian Express, Rohit Sharma was informed prior to the England ODI series that he was getting DROPPED after these three games. That’s why Rohit seemed so low in confidence in both ODIs.

Life is not good for everyone

I am doing internship in Operations, I have learnt a lot, another friend from college has come, he came in a car, the branch manager drove him and gave him a recommendation for his PPO, but did not give me one, I worked so hard for 1 month, warehouse. At the end, what did I get, only failure 💔💔
