Drivers side arm rest. I can’t get it to snap back together. Is this a common issue?

Climate control screen

Hi everyone, I recently bought a used 2011 gen 3 and it looks like the climate control screen is sun faded. Has anyone successfully fixed this, or should I replace the whole module?

Been doing a lot of research

Topical skin treatment is a slow process, and I don’t want to deal with this all my life, so I’ve been researching the causes. I know a lot can be genetic, and environmental, and I dont think oral meds are a solution either.

What I’ve been understanding is that redness can be due to blood vessel hyper reactivity. I’ve noticed heat sensitivity and friction can cause flare ups. Also, I tend to get hot or sweaty in tense situations. Easy work outs can cause redness in my cheeks and chest.

Moving forward, I’ll definitely keep up with my skin routine, but also getting healthy with cardio seems to be a major solution.

40% = cardio and fitness
25% = maintaining the KP routine
15% = fish oil and general nutrition
10% = reducing friction and overheating
10% = everything else

What do you think about this? Are many of you struggling with this similarly? Has cardio helped you at all?
