Figured it out: it is the noise, not the paw holding

Huge realization today. I was fighting the dog for weeks thinking he hated his paws being touched. Turns out he is fine with the touch, he just panics the second he hears the grinder hum. Once I realized it was just the sound, everything changed. If your dog reacts before you even start, check the noise.

Mid drive or hub for a quiet 5am ride?

Out before sunrise most days, streets dead silent. Bit paranoid about a motor whining past people's windows while they sleep. For anyone who has ridden both, is there a real difference when you are just cruising slowly?

Floaters or vision changes during sessions?

Starting sessions next month. Friend mentioned some people notice temporary vision changes. Anyone experience floaters or other visual effects during or after sessions?
