One Of Us

Just picked up my ‘25 CPO ITS with only 18mi. They moved it to CPO to move it off the lot since it was their last 25. Never titled. $51k in Northern NJ.

Immediate reaction. Holy. Shit. This car has power everywhere. 6th gear, 80mph and it feels like it wants to go. I love the rev matching. I didn’t think I would but I do love it.

It has just the right amount of tech with lane departure, adaptive cruise and blind spot lights.

I cannot wait to keep driving this car. Amazing.

Fried Liver

I’m rated 800 on chess.com, so this is just my recent hot take.

I kept getting wrecked by fried liver until I embraced the dark side and learned all the variations on cheesreps. Now it’s my go-to when black opens with e5 and two knights. I also know better how to defend it when playing black.

It was a good lesson for me to say, “If I get frustrated and lose when an opponent does it to me, I should learn to defend it and also do it to others.”

I know it’s only going to last until maybe 1000, but man it feels good to embrace it, when I once loathed it.

Brakes “stuck” and “clunk” in the mornings

Gen 1 R1T here. Sometimes in the mornings, I put the truck in drive and as soon as I inch forward, there’s a loud “clunk” sound. It seems like the brakes have maybe oxidized overnight or something and this first movement breaks something that’s adhering to the brakes.

Has never happened with any of my other vehicles I’ve owned.

Anyone else have this? Is it cause for concern?
