Is anyone else nervous about the rain? I'm within driving distance so it isn't that big of a deal for me personally but I do have a friend flying in from Boston for this.

I'm a lil on the fence about going to see the Chicago show. Bleed American is in my top five favorite albums of all time, I've loved it since it came out and I've never seen J.E.W. live, so I do really, really want to go. I'm actually going to see Andrew McMahon's Three Pianos concert at the same venue the week prior. And on the 25th of August I'm seeing MCR in Minneapolis. All this to say, my concert/hotel funds for this month are nada.

I'd be coming from Madison so it would be a 3.5hr, probably 4hr drive drive. Would it be crazy to drive out there, see the show, and drive back the same night? I don't work during the summer, so I could rest up before the drive out and crash as soon as I got home.

UPDATE I bought the ticket and could not be more excited. August is going to be incredible.

My brother taught me to play this song on guitar when I was a freshman in highschool (2002). I think it was relatively new at the time but I could be wrong about it. It starts off with a guitar riff that goes. duh na na na na na na na na NAH NAH duh na na na na NAH NAH. And I swear he yells something like "Jason, we wrote this one for you!" And the chorus is like "Whooooaaaaa oh oh ohhhh Whoaaa whoaaa'" I've googled these lyrics in so many different variations and cannot find it and it's driving me crazy.
