Rolleilux light meter calibration?
Hi all! I’ve got a baby Rollei and the Rolleilux hood/light meter combo and, unfortunately, the the light meter seems off and giving EV numbers below what it should be. It seems to still be working though and that I could be just a matter of calibration.
Would anyone know how to adjust it? I have other hand held light meters at there is always a relatively easily accessible screw to turn to adjust the needle and reading, so I feel like there should be one here as well that would not require disassembly.
I spotted that recessed screw visible on the picture. Could this be it? Thanks a lot!
EDIT: After some experimenting, the screw on the second picture is indeed the one for the calibration of the light meter. The light meter was just a little off (about 0.5V) across all light conditions, hence my thinking that a simple recalibration would suffice. This will not bring back to life a dead selenium cell!
