agents don’t need more “taste.” they need a stop condition
we kept telling coding agents to “make it polished.” they kept returning the same hero, rounded cards and brave little gradient blob.
our internal fix was boring but effective: collect real references for the exact screen, write a small design contract, build, inspect in-browser, then fail the result against the contract.
one developer pushed us to make that workflow public. it became UIZZE, and a few people now pay for it.

biggest lesson: if the agent can’t explain what would make the UI fail, it has no idea when it’s done.

every AI-made dashboard looked like it had the same dad, so we built this
UIZZE started as an internal tool for our coding agents.
The code was fine. the UI kept showing up with the same hero, cards, fake analytics and brave little gradient blob.
so we made agents use real UI references, write a design contract, check the result in a browser, and reject the generic defaults before calling it done.
one developer pushed us to make it public. now a few people pay for it.
