I’m considering buying a flat in My Home Sayuk directly from the builder. I was pretty inclined to move forward since they received the OC last month.

However, I recently learned that registrations haven't actually started yet. My concern is that if this isn't resolved smoothly, will buyers have to pay regular standard stamp duty rates? I also noticed that My Home charges a premium on amenities in Sayuk under the promise of no registration charges.

The sales team mentions registrations will start soon now that the OC is in, but I wanted to know if it's wise to trust My Home and proceed with the purchase now?
