Is this the infamous MK7 fuel line rattle?

Desperate for any advice.

I have a 2019 VW GLI with the Integrated Engineering Stage 3 build with the Garret turbo with all of their parts.

As soon as I installed the downpipe, (had stage 2 before stage 3) I ended up with a vibration that I can hear in the passenger side of the cabin. It’s driving me crazy and has made me so upset after all the time and work I put into this car. It only happens from 1800-2200rpm. It clearly starts from the exhaust tunnel (you can hear it from there in the passenger footwell area) and propagates up into the passenger side of the cabin. It goes away immediately outside of this RPM range and when I press in the clutch. Nothing from the dashboard is vibrating though, at least I don’t think it is (I tore it apart and touched every single thing I could). I have not been able to find a single other person online who has had this issue with IE’s parts/tune on this car. Lucky me I guess.

Here is everything I tried to fix the problem:

  1. I tried installing a resonator at the midpipe because the drone was terrible initially and because of the vibration. It solved the drone but not the vibration.

  2. I ripped the dashboard apart as much as possible and passenger footwell and installed killmat material. Did nothing.

  3. I tried to contact IE and they said they’ve never heard of anyone having this issue and I believe them because of all the positive reviews of their parts.

  4. Tried disconnecting the downpipe bracket from the subframe to see if it would go away hanging there, it did not.

Like I said I’m pretty sure it’s starting from the exhaust tunnel and working its way through the firewall in passenger side of the cabin. If there’s any advice anyone can give me, I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
