Trak Racer order partially missing for almost 2 months – what would you do?

I’m honestly at a loss and wanted to ask if anyone here had a similar experience with Trak Racer or has any advice.
I ordered a TR120S V2 rig almost 2 months ago (april 9th), with products advertised as “ready to ship”.
After several weeks, I received only part of the order. The main hardware box arrived, but:
- 2 packages containing the longer aluminium profiles and pedal support never arrived and are stuck on "label created"
- some connector plates were missing from the hardware box (these were eventually shipped separately from China and have now arrived)
The problem is that after all this time, I still cannot assemble or use the simulator.
I’ve sent multiple follow-ups, opened tickets, contacted them on Instagram, and even requested return instructions, but communication has become very limited and recent messages have gone unanswered.
At this point, I’ve also opened a chargeback with my bank because I genuinely did not know what else to do.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the products still appear to be in stock / ready to ship, so I struggle to understand why the missing packages have not simply been resent.
I have already opened a chargeback with my bank, but the priority for me remains to have the rig
Has anyone experienced something similar with Trak Racer? Did it eventually get resolved? Any advice would be really appreciated because this situation feels surreal at this point.
