Im on day 14 on 25mg sertraline for depression and anxiety these last couple mornings i been waking up with severe dread i cry for an hour or two, i feel very foggy and off throughout the day like perception of things feel very strange i take my dose first thing in the morning and im exhausted by 5pm thr vivid dreams feel like reality please tell me it gets better i want to quit this stupid medication so bad but i feel like im too far in already and worried ill just have to go through this all over again on a different med.

I been taking 10mg dose for a week now in the mornings, by 6-7pm I’m wrecked has anyone else experienced this
