Zen Can 3 HFM and Edition XV

Hi. I'm considering this combo for my next audio purchase, but have not seen any info about it. I know Edition XV is a little harder to drive than Edition XS for example, and i am wondering if the Zen Can 3 can drive the XV to their full potential.

Thanks!

The controversial odd duck: HD599

I've been a sennheiser fan for about 20 years, and my journey begun with a pair of HD555s, breaking the Panasonic and Technics headphones stint for me. Although I do have some other sennys, I recently got the 599s to honor the 20 year old 555s (still working great, been through 2-3 sets of pads and headbands but are a little cracked and the cable is wonky, creating some driver imbalance). I know a lot of people hate them, sound wise and looks as well (the SE being a more popular colour) but these are seriously good with some eq. I had a chance to listen to the 550s and honestly the 599s are not far from them in terms of sound quality, imaging and soundstage with some EQ. My gut feeling is that all HD5XX series are pretty similar, it's just a matter of tuning and taste.

DXP4800 photos app and files app issue

I've a DXP4800 with 2x512 SSD read/write cache and a raid 0 with 2x8TB drives and another 2 storage pools with 4TB and 3TB spare drives (for downloads and stuff).

The issue i have is with both the photos and files app: whenever I zoom in on a photo, the app becomes laggy and cannot swipe to see the next photo. I have to go back to the folder and open the photo again to be able to swipe through. This happens only if i zoom in on the picture (double tap) and it instantly becomes laggy even when sliding through the zoomed pic. I tried this on my S25 Ultra, Tab S9+ and the outcome is the same. Client and apps are all updated to the latest versions.

I've gigabit wifi so plenty of bandwidth.

It's definitely not the file size, because even if i zoom in on a small picture, 512Kb or less, the same thing happens: lag and unresponsiveness of the app.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
