Visiting Reno in November. Where to stay?

I will be visiting the Reno area in November, and staying at 1 of 4 properties. Do any of the hotels listed below have stadium or RTW craps? The types of craps where it has the bubble craps betting paid but you still get to roll dice.

Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe Harrah's Lake Tahoe Eldorado Silver Legacy

I will be there from a Mon-Fri. If none of the above hotels have the stadium/RTW craps, which casino does everyone prefer between Eldorado/Silver Legacy as those are the closed 2 to GSR which I have heard does have stadium craps.

Worried about Cat after coming home from ER Vet.

Hello!

My cat has stage 3 Kidney Disease and hyperthyroidism. On Monday afternoon I took my cat to the ER vet as she had barely eaten anything for the past 36 hours. They kept her until 8pm Tuesday running blood tests/xrays as well as giving her an appetite stimulant, subq fluids, and anti naeusa meds. They said she started eating fine after the stimulant kicked in so said she was ok to be discharged and I could pick her up at 8pm. Before leaving the told me they gave her some gabapentin. She was pretty out of it when we got home but could move around. She then started drinking water like she hadnt had anything to drink for days. I got out some wet food for her at 10pm, but she licked it maybe twice, and hasnt touched any food since then. It has been over 12 hours since I picked her up and she is moving extremely slowly. more so than when I first brought her home last night. She seems to have almost no energy. I believe they gave her the Gabapentin around 5pm and another dose of mirataz around 7pm. I am unsure of how much gabapentin they gave her though. The itemized bill shows 2 doses of 50mg on 8/18, not sure if that was 1 in the morning, then 1 at night, or both last night. I tried calling the ER vet again this morning, but they said they only had 1 vet tech available and they would call me when they could. It has been over 2 hours and I still havent heard anything so trying to get any information I can from here. One of the things I saw mentioned on a google search was to be worried if there was slow breathing. While laying down she had 24 breaths per minute, which I believe is considered normal, but posting the info just in case.

Should I be concerned that she seems to have even less energy than she did when I brought her home last night, especially since its been over 12 hours. Also should I be concerned that she hasn't tried to eat anything in those 12 hours, only drank water?

Found this under a paint can that had been under a bathroom sink for at least 9 years. I am not sure if its rotten paint or something from the bottom of the can. It has a bleach/chemical smell coming from it. I have tried vinegar to clean it as I saw that works for acrylic latex paints but its not coming off. I have also tried bar keepers friend which is the white residue you see but that didnt work either
