Can I still get a PSA 10 on this?
Getting a ton of pokemon cards ready for grading and I found this card here which is $340 of graded a PSA 10. When checking out the card, to me it seems almost perfect, except for a couple small scratches on the back that are only visible when tilted under light. (Bottom right corner of card in the 3rd picture). I appreciate the help
