Is my Timemore wearing down?

I have a Chestnut C3 ESP pro since almost two years. Super happy with it btw. Use it daily 2x or 3x.

Since I started doing espressos (with my Cafelat), I have noticed that I have go to finer and finer on the setting. I know different coffee beans need different settings, and I know the Espresso recommended range starts at 0.8.0.

This was too coarse from the beginning, so I had to go down at 0.7.2, then 0.7.1, 0.7.0, 0.6.2... long story short, I am now in 0.5.2 and I have tested long enough that I can't blame it on coffee bean varieties. I read somewhere that <=0.6 should probably be avoided.

Are my gears wearing down? Is this cause for concern?

I honestly cannot believe it.

It appears that `multipart/signed` message which includes an S/MIME signature that can be verified by your email reader (i.e. via bridge) are turned into `multipart/mixed` messages, apart from other modifications to the original messages:

So it would actually be impossible to verify a signed message because Protonmail mangles it? Please someone tell me that this is not the case. Tell me Protonmail is not grabbing perfectly fine source emails and silently mangling them into something else.

This is the opposite of what the service should be about (being able to certify senders for example). Or is Protonmail actively breaking 3rd party encryption/signatures?
