What helped you manifest better hair/detaching from bad haircuts?

I cut my hear during a breakdown and i don't know how to detach. I have had horrible haircuts for many years because of this cycle, and i have finally broken it by not cutting it too short on the side, but it looks BAD and choppy. I need 5 centimeters of hair growth. How do I not make hair my identity? How do I feel pretty in the meantime? I cannot use hair oils, but i have a healthy diet and i sometimes massage my scalp for hair growth.

Extreme hunger not going away, please some advice?

I am 16 and have been recovering for a month, now fully weight restored, HA recovered and i think i might even overshoot. I eat a little less than at the start, but i am still very hungry. People around me don't really believe me when i get hungry so early after a meal and i have to wait a little longer until i eat and it drives me crazy. I eat healthy with some healthy snacks, sugar in moderation, simply because this is what i have always done and is not driven by my ED, but my portions are still disproportionately big and i eat a lot of nuts, peanut butter, butter, cheese, etc... I want to eat like a normal person now. I just found my dream skirt and if i gain any more weight i will not be able to wear it ): i have been looking for it for years and years and years . Also i do not work out, i feel like i am not in the right headspace, but I don't know if i am just lazy 🙁 i really want to, though.

Any advice, please? Big or small, I just need something to hang on to for my sanity

What do you think of Romanian students?

Hello! I want to study abroad after finishing high school. not Erasmus, the full thing. I was thinking about AUTH Economics!! Are Romanian students welcome? What do you think about them? I am partially Greek, but I do not look like I am. I am already learning Greek and I've read that I need to take the Panhellenic Exams, which are not too different from our Bacalaureat. Sorry for my English.

Weather results

It was supposed to be raining constantly here, but i listened to enchanted workshop's weather sub and it worked amazingly well! i have only experienced light showers that barely lasted 20 minutes at a time, and it was otherwise sunny and warm. if i am not mistaken, some countries are in the rainy season right now, so if you are in that situation, i highly recommend listening to the sub ☀️🫧

hello! sorry that i am a new account, i made it so nobody i know knows that i am making this post. i am 16(F) and a half, but i graduate quite late. i am from eastern europe and i want to study (and move permanently, but this is not the post's focus) in a warmer country. i am already learning greek and i have studied spanish in the past, currently french, but i would not mind learning another language. culture shock is not a problem. as of now, i am leaning towards business/marketing as a major. i am looking for a country where the job and housing market have a chance of improving in the next four years in order for me to be able to stay financially independent during my studies, but also one where people love socialising and staying outdoors. i know i can google statistics but i would much rather hear about some people's opinions too. i hope i did not forget anything!
