Sellers can be so disappointing

Just a few days ago, I received a $300 order which included P Louise eyeshadow pallets + multiple very very expensive brands. As well as Versace full-size perfumes plus other perfumes that were in two separate boxes both taped one on top of each other. I thought it was smart on her behalf, but when I opened the one with the eyeshadow pallets there were just perfume bottles thrown in there as well. also a small dabber which you just had to pull off the top for it to open. That was not taped down and spilled all over eyeshadow palette covers as well as a plastic, and cardboard completely ate away at the plastic, didn’t know that this could happen

Instead of bubble, wrapping everything which she said she would do and this is why she charged me over $30 for shipping… what she did was wrap everything in royal blue (very thin wrapping paper material) This was on top of a bunch of plastic and glass, perfume bottles, and P Louise lip masks - the blue wrapping paper literally got stuck to it like glue. It’s almost impossible to scrape off. Oil and alcohol mixture, just kind of sunk into all the cardboard.

Afterward, I asked if there was anything that she would be willing to do to make up for all the damage products, which were at least half the package. These were Mother’s Day gifts and also gifts for my family.

I let her know that I really didn’t prefer to leave her a bad review/honest review! There was no exaggerating what happened. I was gonna give her a chance to make up for the situation in any way shape or form. She then blamed Usps for Miss handling the package, told me there was nothing she would be “willing “to do for me and that it was not her problem at the end of the day no matter what.

proceeded to block me after being extremely rude and me just trying to make it right on her end when I could’ve been bitching her out.

I actually ended up cleaning out the rest of her shop inventory and left her completely sold out of everything.

There were multiple pallets, but here’s a couple, paired in with the lip masks and the infamous royal blue paper that is now glued on, any tips on how to get this off?

Poshmark WTF! WHY SO PETTY?!?!

Dude poshmark restricted my account over a few cancellationsand items that never tracked (not my fault!) but I have a receipt most the time😤

THE MESSAGE READS YOUR CLOSET IS RESTRICTED (all my items gone) because of unshipped or cancelled items. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS INQUIRY TO HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT REINSTATED WITHIN A COUPLE HIURS?!? WTAF. BARELY HAVE ANY ISUES!

I am disabled so shipping has to be M W F sometimes it takes 3/4 days but I try my best
I don’t drive but I’m a 5 star seller with tons of reviews
Does nothing matter to them anymore?

These new updates suck azz. I’ve been with them for 5 years. They wiped out my closet with 800 listings and I HIGHLY DOUBT THEYRE GOING TO REINSTATE WITH MY LISTINGS So screw me over nothing permanent ?!?! Just send me a god damn warning email warning ⚠️ is that really beneficial to any of us? HELL NO. 😡

I am sure that big sellers have tons of cancellations.
Have had a few issues with items not tracking.
Either cancelled within the 3 hour window
Bundle with another item
A lot of reasons

I escalated this to support/ said please give me time to reship a replacement loss of money but 🤷‍♀️ then if I don’t have one I have to cancel. I TOTALLY don’t have to replace it but I do to be a good person/sellerr. TALK ABOUT MAKING SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY. They’re here telling me IVE DISSAPOINTED- BUZZ OFF. WEVE ALWAYS SMOOTHED IT OUT OR COME TO A CONCLUSION.

ON TOP OF THAT, THEY CLOSED MY SISTER‘S ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON!!! AND $1500 NEVER GOT PROCESSED TO HER BANK! STILL IN PROGRESS? After 2/3 MONTHS. ABSOLUTE BS

BE MAD AT YOURSELVES! Buyers and sellers across the platform are complaining of products taking weeks/as do mine! To arrive. And they removed priority shipping over a 1.50$ price discrepancy! I’m so angry about these unnecessary changes. It’s making the platform worse. I have the stupidest reason too. And I only counted an issue with 5 orders over the past 3 months.

THEN DONT GIVE US THE OPTION IF YOUR GOING TO SCREW US LATER YET CALL IT A POLICY YET TELL US AT THE SAME TIME- GHERE ARE LOOPHOLES IN REASONINGS WHY you can cancel.

Then why this? I don’t cancel Willy Nilly either!!!

It was the buyer themselves, not tracking, or the once in a blue moon - I ACTUALLY sold my item on another platform. And WHY IS IT THE SAME DAY AAN ITEM SELLS IT ALSO DOES ON ANOTHER PLATFORM? I swear it’s sorcery. Pick another item 😣.

But lol I digress. No more notified shares, that’s how we make a lot of sales- by circulation. That’s gone. My feed is filled with crap 💩 why ask what I’m into if it’s not going to matter late r. But anywho- so many people are complaining.
