Heirloom safe to eat

Heirloom safe to eat

I got these tomatoes delivered from a farmers market. All but one seemed moldy to me so I reached out to the farm and let them know 2 containers had to be tossed. They told me that it's not mold and just the way heirloom tomatoes are and can be safely eaten if I cut away the split. I understand they often split but this looks like clear mold to me, was it safe to eat?

Spotting after sex

I got my Mirena IUD placed at 12 weeks postpartum after my second pregnancy (vaginal deliveries). I had light spotting the first 2 months and then nothing except after every time I had an orgasm. It doesn't matter if it's penetrative or not. Without fail, I always have light, bright red bleeding the day after. I'm now 13 months postpartum and still having these issues. At my last check up, around 9 months I bought this up and it was just dismissed as normal. The appointment wasn't with my usual doctor as she's on maternity leave and the doctor covering for her is very quick with the appointments so I feel like he just didn't really care. I don't have another option to see a different doctor, I'm super lucky to even have a doctor currently (I was on a 4 year waitlist). My first IUD was placed after my first pregnancy and it moved, ended up completely upside down. I have another appointment coming up soon and I'm wondering if this is a regular, normal experience with IUDs, it wasn't with my first but it was also upside down.

There is no pain, we use lubricant as I'm still breastfeeding.

Wildfire Smoke

I live in BC and currently experiencing several wildfires. The air quality is horrendous. I have a young toddler, 13 months who has had breathing issues for a few months, onset prior to smoke. He finally has an appointment with a specialist but the appointment requires us to leave our home and travel about 30 min in car. The current AQI is 267. He is extremely sensitive to the air, even opening the door to let our dog out will trigger a coughing fit that is so severe he throws up. We are currently running 3 air purifiers in the home. The appointment has taken us 4 months of waiting so canceling is not ideal but I'm not sure how to protect his lungs while traveling. He's too young for a mask, the time outside will be minimal but he's shown even a few seconds triggers him. Is there anything I can do?
