Work, just after a biomedicine bachelor's degree

So I'm in the third year of my bachelor's course called 'biology of human and environmental health' at Unipd and was wondering if I could find any jobs JUST after a graduate. I'm expecting to graduate with a 109-110/110 and did a voluntary crispr-cas internship on top on the mandatory one that I'll have to do. I'll start applying for jobs atleast 2 months before graduation.

I would like to work in clinical/diagnostic or research/academia labs. I know I would say, B1 level Italian? Willing to work anywhere in north Italy, as long as the work is fun and the pay is well compared to the living costs😅 (enough to survive atleast). I'm planning to work only 9-10 months because I would like to start my master's the following year.

What options of jobs do I have? Where to look for them? Can I expect to find one by the time I graduate? What's the situation like realistically?

ADHD meds and autism diagnosis in italy

So I got an ADHD diagnosis online via CPI (Centro psicodiagnostico Italia) a few months back at the age of 19 as an international student in Padova

Had my prima visita with the psychiatrist today, through SSN (CSM) and omg, it went exactly as I imagined it to be.

She indirectly said that because I was taking diagnosis and therapy online, it is stupid and won't work and that I only need psychotherapy in person because 'you have a great weighted average at university and you look fine'. I AM TIRED OF HEARING THIS. I tried to explain her the struggle behind 'looking fine' and maintaining my grades' but she just tells me that I need strategies. I can swear to god I've tried everything, I know everything, it's just that I am not able to apply anything. I have taken therapy before and it's not helping me. I'm drowning and I NEED medications. I go days without taking care of my hygiene and my house, but all they see is that 'im intelligent' so it can't be that bad. What should I do? Who should I see? Who for once will believe me!!!!

Then, during my ADHD diagnosis, I also got screening done for autism and scored high on the test for that too. I REALLY wanna get diagnosed for autism but again the psychiatrist would tell me that it's not needed, you don't seem like the person who would have that, a diagnosis won't do much bla bla. And then told me to just get psychotherapy, and if the therapist at some point suspects anything, she can apply for my diagnosis. This is INSANE to me because if I didn't pay for the private diagnosis for ADHD, I would've never had one!!! All my previous therapists said the same thing about ADHD, that I'm too smart and normal to have it and that I'm just need strategies.

I am TIRED. I am literally on the edge. I've had enough and I really need medications and my autism diagnosis. Can someone PLEASE help me find solutions? If not, I really don't know how downhill my life is gonna go from here. I am EXHAUSTED

Overtime as an international student

So I'm an international student with a permesso Di soggiorno per studio.

Ik that the annual cap (1040 hr) is very strict, but what about the 20h/week cap? Does it have to be precisely 20 every single week, or can average to that limit after a year?

I plan to work only 6 months, my contract is 18h/week but I'll most likely do overtime upto 25h/week. In total, I will work about 600h/year which is well below the annual limit.

Do you think I'll get into any legal troubles with the overtime, or would I be okay? What consequences can I expect?

I would love to know from someone who's been in a similar situation before.

ETH-Z ESOP chances

I was wondering what kind of profile do you realistically need to have to get the ESOP scholarship?

I am planning to apply next year for MSc biology with a specialisation in molecular mechanisms of disease. Expecting to graduate with a 110/110 or even honours, a few months of voluntary lab internship (crispr-CAS gene editing, etc), mandatory 2 month stage and thesis on molecular mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases, 2 good lor's, hopefully a good pre-proposal based on neurodevelopmental disorder mechanisms, student representative for 2 years. Unfortunately though, I do not have any published research papers or FULLY independent lab experience. My degree didn't really allow flexibility, and I was one of the only ones who did an extra internship tbh. The courses of my degree though were really good and covered a wide range of topics, with specific interest in molecular biology and genetics. Almost all courses had mandatory labs too (both wet and dry)

In general I feel like I have a great profile, but I am not sure if it is even close for such a competitive scholarship. What do you think from your experience?

If not, could it be competitive enough for uni Geneva sch., DAAD scholarships, sch. in Maastricht/vrije Netherlands, or maybe mastermind sch. at Ku Leuven? (Basically everywhere I'm applying😭)
