Hello ! I’m looking for some opinions/advice regarding my current situation with work.
Last Thursday I was laid off due to my “position being terminated” even though my position was the same as everyone else’s on the customer care team.
I honestly am not too upset about it given the fact that it was one of the most toxic workplaces ever. Well they offered me a severance package of 10K for my 10 years of working there . Do you guys think I should request more or take it? I’ve heard different things and I can’t seem to make up my mind. I have until today to give an answer
