Just found a noodle in my plain white rice and steamed chicken…. With 2 bites left. I’ve never had an issue doing this from my local place and now I am so anxious about what’s to come. I even bought enough for leftovers 😫 I just needed to come commiserate with people who understand. Wish me luck, everybody.
Hi all! Hope this is allowed and isn’t annoying. I’ll be staying at a Hampton Inn and was wondering about gluten free breakfast options. I have celiac disease and really worry, and need to know if I need to include packed breakfast in my travels. I used to work at an IHG hotel and know they had brand standard breakfast, and was wondering/hoping if Hampton Inn is the same.
I reached out to my hotel via the chat option to ask, and was told some options, but am wondering about hidden gluten, not necessarily items that are normally gluten free. You’d be surprised how often flour is mixed with eggs or potatoes or hidden in meat. Does anyone know or have any experience with this, or maybe even an awesome employee willing to share the standards or ingredients with me? I’m willing to do my research lol.
