runner’s knee during C25K?

I’m 24F and doing C25K for the first time and loving it. I’ve had a bad left knee for over a year now, and it’s been ok until Friday’s run (unfortunately my most successful so far!) that was the first of week 3 of C25K. I think it’s runner’s knee (and was before, too). I’m overweight, which makes runner’s knee easier to get, but I’m trying to lose some weight by running.

I’m really loving all the progress I’m making, and I don’t want to stop to heal my knee. Can I make progress on C25K while healing my knee, or do I have to take a break?

I’ve had my turntable for over five years now and have finally gotten back into collecting records, but I’m worried my setup is causing some excess vibration. Would the speakers be better on the table, on top of some isolation foam, or should I invest in speaker stands?

Turntable is an AT-LP60USB and speakers are the Edifier ones everyone has
