Okay so I am trying to get a quote to switch to Ziply from Xfinity because Xfinity is charging me an obscene amount for speeds I have never actually reached…. Ziplys service map says i’m in the green zone but their customer service rep said they have to send out a tech to double check the equipment is working before they can quote me. This feels kinda weird to me idk. Has anybody had this happen? I do not live rural I live in a mid size city 30 minutes north of Seattle. Is the switch even worth the hassle?
