How is PA able to get the rights for Russian aircraft?
I've see it said frequently that it would be nearly impossible to get the rights for planes like the Panavia tornado, but how come he same isn't true for Russian planes? Shouldn't the war in Ukraine & all the sanctions put against the russian Companies/government make it difficult or impossible to pay Sukhoi or Mikoyan-Gurevich for the rights their aircraft?
