I've never been on any medication before...so, I don't know what to expect. I'm only on day 2 of 5mg of Trintellix...and an hour after I took a pill on my 2nd day...out of nowhere, while I was working, I uncontrollably started crying for about 15 minutes. I had to stop work. I fell to the ground and just stared and cried not understanding what was going on. I usually have very clear triggers for my PTSD but I don't know how this happened. It eventually stopped but now my brain is foggy and I feel a very weird tingling sensation throughout my entire body. To say I'm scared and that I want to stop this medication is an understatement. Has this happened to anyone else?

What's going on with the routes at Vital LES? I love the space so much but the V4/orange routes are either easy or impossible unless you're a much higher level climber. The V4/orange routes at Vital BK are so much more fun and satisfying. I love the space on the LES but oof...what happened to the routes?
