He protested for nearly an hour, insisting someone "more captain-y" should take the job, until the crew pointed out that he'd already been acting as captain for months.

Now Captain Nufri roams the galaxy searching for people who need a helping hand or six. Pirates, stranded colonists, desperate scientists, or rival crews all receive the same cheerful treatment.
