does anyone else freak out when there's even a little change in communication?
nothing dramatic just little things...... shorter replies , fewer emojis , taking longer to reply not as warm as usual.
and then my brain goes nuts all a sudden 😭
i start to think 🤔
did i do somthing?
are they insane?
Are they bored?
the weird thing is i KNOW people get busy and texting changes sometimes but in the moment i feel actual anxiety in my chest and end up overthinking for hours.
