Samsung won’t honor their own free Tide offer as written

Bought a top-load washer from Samsung.com last month.

The product page clearly advertised a "FREE TIDE OFFER" — a free 4-month supply of Tide detergent. The offer terms right on the page said it was "redeemable through 7/30/2026" and that redemption instructions would be "sent via email following product purchase confirmation."
The email never came. So I contacted support to ask about it.

Their answer: the promotion "can only be applied once the return window expires" and the rep was "bound by company policy." They put that in writing.

Here's the problem — that condition is nowhere in the actual offer. Not on the product page, not in the footnote/fine print, not in the Terms of Sale, not in the return policy. Every published term ties redemption to a fixed date (7/30) and says it starts after purchase confirmation. There is no "wait until the return window closes" language anywhere.
So they advertised one set of terms, then invented a different rule after I paid. When I pushed back I got shuffled around — "escalated to a team,” and transfers that went nowhere.

Has anyone else run into this with a Samsung promo? Did you ever actually get the Tide coupon? Trying to figure out if this "return window" line is a real policy or just a way to stall until the offer expires.

Airo discontinued their only CBD strain.

Buddha’s Smile was my go-to for sleep, and I just ran out. I looked at every menu at my local dispensaries in my area, and came up empty. And Airo’s product locator didn’t have any of their previous CBD strains like Cosmic Karma or Zesty Zen. Not even the budtenders knew what happened to them. They just saying that they had a BOGO sale last month, and that was the last of they saw Buddha’s Smile.

I asked the Airo CS and this was their response:

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry and for choosing Airo! Buddha's Smile is no longer an active SKU as it has been discontinued, and it is no longer inproduction.

Our Airo products are proprietary devices where **all of our AiroPod cartridges work with all of our vaporizers only (AiroPro and/or AiroSport)**. Our product-system is closed and not compatible with open market cartridges that can be misused.
