Hey! I'm looking for someone to do a full body piece of my D&D cleric, semi-realistic digital painting style.

He's a young guy (19-23) with messy golden blond hair that falls over his forehead, blue eyes, fair skin.

He's wearing a chainmail shirt with a tabard over it, and on the tabard is his goddess's symbol, a red box wrapped in white ribbon. He's holding his glaive, with a red handle. For the background I'd love rose petals drifting down around him, it's the flavour for his Spirit Guardians spell. Budget is $100-350 depending on your rates. Drop your portfolio and a quote in the comments. Thanks!

Hello. I’m reading through the Horus heresy series in release order after playing the rogue trader video game, and I am noticing what appears to me as inconsistent writing with regards to psyker astartes. In descent of angels we see Zahariel get the emperor’s personal approval to be trained in usage of the warp. Yet when I read battle for the abyss there is talk of executing Mohtep for daring to use his powers to save countless lives. At the time I thought this odd but thought maybe this “council” that was tossed around happened between the two books as It seemed to be set in a different time period. But now I have gotten onto around chapter 9 of Fallen Angels which as I read should be taking place at the same time as Battle for the Abyss, and yet no one seems perturbed at Zahariel’s use of magic?

Why is this?
Is there more time between these two books than I thought?

Additionally why don’t the death guard, or luna wolves, or emperor’s children have these “librarians” I don’t recall them being mentioned in the various books focused on these legions.

Hey all, I got the cloak in act 4 and it didn't work then, as in, the stats it says it provides aren't added to my character, I thought if i waited until my full lich transformation then it may work but no sadly It still does not. I gave it a google and it seems that it is considered a weak item for some mythic paths and a none functional one for others. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?
