My neighbor is trying to give me expensive, hearty, soft grass! 😬🙄

This neighbor really came in ND looking for backup because the neighbors brand new fancy grass is coming to his ill maintained yard. *ETA this is the drought resistant St. A hybrid called a Cobalt. It's gorgeous and plush, people pay buckets of cash to have it laid and don't have to baby it once it takes root!

Luckily my ND is so unserious with their responses tho... That was the point
