Hey! I’m getting a wisdom tooth removed (just one rn because I’m poor and the rest aren’t causing me problems) and I was wondering what the recovery process looked like for you guys.

I’ve seen a lot of ppl with hEDS talk about it, but I wanted to check to see if people with clEDS/other forms of EDS have differing experiences. I heal pretty slowly/weirdly with most things so I’m worried that the healing process is gonna be hard.

I’ve been diagnosed with GERD for about 10 years now (since I was 14) and i’m losing my MIIIIND!!! it’s gotten much worse over the years and it’s at the point where heartburn can last weeks at a time and it’s so painful I struggle to sleep or focus on anything. I have a pretty severe form of it at this point, acid reflux means i’m just throwing up acid and it happens randomly, it used to just be the whole “reflexive swallowing” thing but now istg im throwing up straight stomach acid randomly. and tbh it sucks bc surprise acid on ur shirt sucks. but the heartburn is SO MUCH WORSE

I truly don’t think ppl, esp ppl w/o GERD, can understand how deeply terrible it is. it feels like lava that’s also acid. it feels like my esophagus is take 1 poison damage every half a second. anti-acids don’t work at all, instead of taking tums or whatever I just mix baking soda and water together and drink it and it sorta helps take the edge off which im so grateful for but it does mean i’m drinking weird salty-ish water all the time. Drinking my health potion that tastes horrible and smells weird and it does something but alas the poisoned status effect continues.

I also think getting this when i was so young may have given the evil far too much brewing time. I’m only getting help over a decade after the symptoms began. anyways. i’m getting an endoscopy/colonoscopy early July and i’m hoping that they’re like “oh! it’s such an easy fix just take The Vitamin for a week and then ur fixed forever!” and then i’ll take The Vitamin and it’ll fix me forever. Lest I cry.

Pretty much exactly the title. I am size 38L and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find any bikini tops. I’ve given up on one piece swim suits bc my boobs are un- proportionally large so ones that might (MIGHT!!) fit are too loose around the waist. I just don’t wants my breasts to fall out :(

I don’t know how to explain it but the footage is clear except for these brief defects. Is it because old cameras were just like that? Is it because the film degraded/got damaged over time? I’m so curious.
