lately i’ve been getting some really weird requests

a lot of my listings already have:
mannequin photos
stock photos
measurements
close-ups
etc.

the weirdest one was someone asked me to model a pair of sandals, i said they weren’t my size, and they replied “it doesn’t matter if they fit correctly, i just want to see what they look like on bare feet.” absolutely not 😭 and of course once i declined, they vanished and never asked a single actual question about the item.

another request asked me to try on boots and then specifically requested “different angles while standing and sitting.” at that point i genuinely started wondering how many of these are actual buyers versus people using resale apps for fetish content because why are we directing a photoshoot over a pair of boots i already have stock photos up of?

and then most recently i had someone ask me to model a mini skirt. i told them it didn’t fit me and they replied “that’s fine, just leave it unzipped so i can see it on.” sir what fit are we evaluating exactly?? 😭

now i’m tempted to just start replying “sorry, it doesn’t fit me” to every request no matter what because some of these messages are getting way too weird. has anyone else noticed this lately?

edit: thank you for the advice everyone. i have removed all try on photos from my listings and won’t be entertaining try on requests anymore! stay safe guys there are definitely creeps on this app
