Hi so I got a nose piercing many months ago and it healed completely so I switched from a stud to a ring and for the first 1 month nothing happened but after that a bump appeared which was because I rubbed it 2-3 times by mistake it healed again then now I have a new bump one on outside and a huge one inside and I also realised that the ring was of cheap material

Now I have two bumps and I want to change the jewelry what should I do .

I wanted to ask for sem 3 eco hons ..do u think pmg classes or any other additional classes are required for intermediate micro and macro? Or is it manageable?
