the tedium of three customer service.

Started a live chat. Had to get through the AI flowchart before getting to an actual agent. I already provided name, surname, phone number, a OTP sent to my phone.

Talk to agent: "are you asking about number ending xxxx?", "what is your name so I can assist you further?" (YOU HAVE THIS)

In the past, as well: chat randomly disconnects at their end. Have to try again another time and repeat the same spiel. Even say; "please contact me by email to follow up as last time I got disconnected" nope, nothing.

On top of this, the three service in the city centre is absolutely abysmal, to the point you can't use maps for navigation or download a qr code for ticketing entry or whatever.

ARGH

EDIT: the three website just logged me out randomly, whilst I twas waiting for an agent to reply. I had to go through the same steps AGAIN to speak to someone. WTF

Order bal d'afrique absolu from a major retailer, box etc all seems proper, but scent doesn't quite match what I tried in store. I tried it both on paper and skin, and the purchase is nice, but doesn't seem the same.

Is there a maceration/maturation factor at play here?

The BA site is fucking useless and tedious.

Stupid hCaptcha tasks again and again. Drag cups, drag pipes, choose the objects that do this or that. FUCK OFF!

Search that just crashes out. You go back later, and have to sign in again!

Anyone else frustrated?!
