Monopoly provider providing exactly the QoS that a monopoly provider would feel obligated to provide.
Estimate for restoration of service which failed at 3:45am has slipped from 7:30am to 1:00pm to 3:00pm but I have noticed that they never include a date in those estimates. Very clever.
