MOBLAND
For those who haven't watched this season do give it a try. For me it's currently the best season of 2026 so far. Let me know your thoughts for those who've watched this.
Thoughts on the August 21st album drops?
We all know it's near impossible for MEHMAAN to even compete with the DESIGNER album. Regardless of the fact that these artists have completely different audiences and genres, what are your thoughts or expectations for these two albums?
For those who don't know, Third Fret is an anonymous rising indie band of 3 members in Pakistan. Their 1st album is coming out called MEHMAAN.
The Psychological Reason Talha Yunus Avoids Umair Beats (And Why YS Lost the Crown to Seedhe Maut)
1. The "Umair Fear" is Real
• Jokhay is a GOAT, but his loops are a safety blanket. Yunus knows exactly where the snare hits. He can write a fast verse in 20 minutes on autopilot.Umair is a different beast. He uses chaotic samples, crazy beat switches, and global trap energy.
• The Reality: On an Umair beat, you cannot be a lazy writer. If your flow is repetitive, Umair's production will completely swallow you up. The audience will only talk about the beat.
• TY is comfortable being the loudest force on a basic track. He avoids Umair because he doesn't want to fight a highly creative instrumental that forces him out of his comfort zone.
2. We Eat With Our Eyes (The Initial Click):
• Modern streaming relies on two things:
Artist Name and Cover Art.
• Anjum’s dark, cinematic visuals build a universe before you even hit play.
• TY’s casual, low-effort cover arts tell the listener: "I didn't care enough to package this properly, so the music might be rushed too."
3. The Seedhe Maut Blueprint vs. The YS Mistake:
The YS vs. SM debate is dead because Seedhe Maut mastered longevity.
• The SM Model: Calm and Encore drop solo tracks, but they never pause the duo. They drop joint mixtapes constantly and keep the brand unified.
• The YS Failure: YS completely paused the group to chase solo identities. This divided the fans into "Anjum vs. Yunus" camps and destroyed their collective momentum.
The Bottom Line:
• Ruthless aggression gets boring without contrast. Anjum survived because he embraced discomfort, storytelling, and international sounds. TY stayed in his comfort zone.
• Without the duo dynamic, TY lost his primary quality control. He needs to stop treating music like quick gym sessions, hop on crazy production, and balance solo work with consistent YS tracks—just like Seedhe Maut.
What do you guys think? Is it a comfort zone issue or has the hunger just died?
PAKISTAN FRAGRANCE INDUSTRY
Finding an original creation perfume made by a Pakistani brand their own original perfume is very rare these days. There are very few underrated brands but apart from them no other brand is doing that. Why the f**k does every fragrance brand in Pakistan make dupes or impressions of designer perfumes? There are Middle Eastern options but right now I am talking about Pakistan. Pakistan has amazing potential to make and sell its own perfume but every other brand is either marketing, building community, or creating fake hype like Arome, Enchante Sesky, etc.

LEGIT CHECK!
I’ve come across several Pakistani brands selling high end luxury perfumes for only 4k to 6k. Since this is nowhere near the market price, I suspect these are scams despite the positive reviews. Are these legit, or is it a trap?

ATTAR SUGGESTIONS!!!!
Wassup fam, need a quick suggestion regarding attar. As a perfume collector, I love attar too. I know a couple of Pakistani brands, but I'm not sure about them. I need suggestions for premium, authentic attar brands, excluding marketing heavy ones like Musk Al Mahal that lack quality.
