I used to be able to do an instant transfer from One pay to my other bank account using my bank's debit card, but now it gives me an error "There was an error fulfilling your request". Has anyone had this happen before? It's so frustrating because I've been able to do it all along and now it won't let me. I have plenty of money in my onepay balance.

I was just curious to see what other stores do when drivers need items in locked cases? My store has not been consistent with it because sometimes they have had me scan to make sure it's the correct item and then let me put it in the cart. Other employees let me scan it and then insist on taking it to customer service. I'm not sure what the policy is for drivers but I find it ridiculous that they trust me to shop and deliveries but not to take a locked case item.
