How to get incoming calls to round robin fairly

Hello friends,

We are having an issue with Ring Central. Our company has lets say, 6 employees who take inbound calls. We want them to be distributed equally. IE- Employee A, next B, next C, D, E, F, then back to A and so on.

Whats happening is one day employee B will get the majority of the calls, and the others maybe one or two. Next week its flip flopped. Moving order of employees listed doesnt seem to correlate anything. We do not want it set on simultaneously ringing all phones at once, nor do we want it to pick the person with longest idle time, as that encourages people to sit and not work hoping for inbound call.

Our rep seems to be baffled with this so hoping someone here can advise on how we can get calls to filter in the way we need them to.

Can Jonas find redemption?

Jonas Svik is definitely the Tamlin of the Ashen series lol. I don’t think he’s capable of a redemption arc but maybe Demi will surprise us. Thoughts?

Millennial parents- do you let your kids wear their new school clothes before school starts?

Did you parents let you wear your new clothes before school started?

I definitely remember the feeling of reverently arranging your new clothes and shoes, creating outfits in preparation for the first day of school. My dad didn’t care if I wore them before school but my mom did 😂.

I don’t prefer my son wear his new clothes before school starts but I do let him wear new shoes around the house so he can break them in. He doesn’t like tight shoes lol.

If this can help anybody out, Im here to help! I had a Mirena in 2017. Im 41. Its been expired and my period symptoms have started again over the past few months. I have a 9 year old son I had via c section. The last 2 weeks I started to ... notice the upper part of my vagina canal. Felt like a bump internally, and Id get a twinge of pain if I bared down or bent over. I started to get hyper aware of it and I Immediately went worst case scenario that I have a some type of pelvic organ prolapse. It was either that or my IUD had migrated down and I was feeling it in my cervix. I have never been able to feel the strings, and over the last 2 weeks I REALLY went spelunking lol, no strings, and no plastic poking out of my cervix. I googled experiences relentlessly. RELENTLESSLY.

I went to the gyn yesterday and she said no strings in sight, and that she could try one thing and if she couldnt get them Id have to come back for an ultrasound guided removal. She tried the thing, groped blindly and caught my IUD and removed it. The strings had coiled up. She couldnt tell exactly where it was sitting in my vag/above cervix since she didnt have sight from the ultrasound, but could have been sitting very low and I was feeling it.

I left with some light bleeding yesterday, little bit of pressure feeling.

I woke up this morning and that feeling is GONE! I am going to be doing pelvic floor exercises every day now. I also asked to keep my IUD, and my gyn laughed and said in 15 years Im the only one whos every asked for that. I have it in a bio bag. So if you have an IUD and you get a pressure like feeling, which when you goodle indicates a possible uterine or bladder prolapse, get your iud checked before you start losing sleeo <3
