My attempt at a tiny cottage from scratch

I love ESO's housing system so much and I've been itching to create a tiny cottage hideaway. It was definitely a challenge squeezing everything in but I had a lot of fun with it.

Is there a way to claim USM super if I don't have an active super account?

I've been on the DSP for about four years, and I hadn't been able to work for about five years prior to that. I noticed in my ATO account that apparently they're holding about 5K of "USM" (unclaimed super?).

I don't meet the requirements to withdraw it directly, so I tried the only other option; to transfer it to a super account. But when attempting this, I was met with an error message stating that I had no active super account to transfer it to.

I suppose my question is this: Can/should I attempt to set up a super account to transfer this balance to, so I can withdraw it? I desperately need it for bills that have come up. Would creating a super account now when I'm on the DSP only end up creating debt further down the line?
