Who was responsible for the geotech survey on this??

Construction on Bob Billings is being delayed because of that giant limestone ledge that's clearly visible when you drive down it.

I just want to know: who on earth did they hire to do the geotech survey and report? Did they even TRY? The team working on this project claims they had no idea the ledge was there because the report didn't include it. If you're a geologist doing a survey in that area, it's not difficult to piece together that a limestone ledge would be in that spot if you're familiar with local geology AND looked at local topography/geology maps, which tells me they either didn't bother or are simply incompetent (or both). You can literally see in person that the limestone lies pretty close to the surface, which also suggests they didn't take any useful core samples, or they just didn't take core samples at all.

My Gabby 🤍

I used to have dozens of different philos. Over the years, I've really purged my collection and realized I'm not the biggest fan of OWNING philos, so I only have a couple now. But my Gabby is one that I kept and is still going strong, and I'm so proud it hasn't fallen victim to my chronic underwatering
