Dura ace 7900 chain ring wear
Hell, recently got a used bike that has DA 7900 crankset w Ultegra Di2 2nd gen, bike shop mentioned I should replace the chain ring soon.
Wanted to get this communities input, and also what options I have to replace w?
I have seen absolute black chain rings that seem like a good option. Otherwise i understand I can completely overhaul with a downgrade like the new tiagra

advice on retaking MCAT as a non trad applicant with weak ECs
Hello all, this September will be my first cycle applying after graduating recently from an engineering degree.
My MCAT score is 514 (127 CARS) and I have a pretty low GPA of 3.65 (last two years GPA 3.95)
I have an okay amount of research experience w/ a clinician scientist PI (presnentations and a preprint) and employment for a year as an RA (internship). However, since I found my interest in medicine during my last year of undergrad, I have a very weak EC profile with nothing long term or significant.
I am mainly wondering with my low GPA (other than Western two year), should I try for retaking it. I think I have room for improvement in my CARS.
