Starting over in a country that feels foreign to me after my 12 year marriage disintegrated.

My ex has BPD and she’s a lovely person when things are well but parenthood introduced challenges and revived childhood trauma neither of us were equipped to deal with and 6 months of unemployment for both of us was the fuel on the fire that led to our downfall.

Now that I’m not in caretaker mode, I have way too much time on my hands and far too many things I want to distract myself from.

Now that I’ve laid my cards out on the table, what are you looking forward to in the second half of the year?

I’m a dad to 2 wonderful kids and my ex is moving out in a couple weeks and I’ve never grieved something so much.
