Update since picking the game back up last month 🖤✨

If you saw my last post, you know I hadn't touched this game since JANUARY until last month!

I finally started playing the Written in the Stars Legacy by SulSulMelli, and I've been having so much fun. I'd forgotten how much I missed the slower, more relaxed pace of legacy challenges

My Gen 2 heir just aged up into his teen years, so I figured it was the perfect time to start an external family tree—just in case my save decides to corrupt someday 🫩

So, here are some headshots of the current family:
• Julio Marín (Founder, Aries Generation)
• Tae-hyun Im (Julio's husband)
• Sebastián Im-Marín (Taurus Generation) —

(looks exactly like Tae, it’s like the science baby option didn’t even consider giving him any of Julio’s genes 🫩)

I'm definitely going to miss Julio being the main focus, but it’s time to continue on with the legacy 😭

A few other family updates:
• Sebastián's imaginary friend is now a real Sim (affectionately named Jasper Suárez)

• The family now has two Servos, Echo (f) and Luna (f)
-And they recently adopted a... vampire(?) toddler named Jupiter 🖤

Question for Those Who've Had Skin Removal Surgery

Hi everyone! I'm about 1 year and 6 months post-op from my gastric bypass, down 172 lbs and maintaining

I have an FDL tummy tuck + monsplasty scheduled for November 24, and I have a question for those who've been through it

Is it realistic to recover from this surgery without having someone to help? If you did recover mostly on your own, what made it manageable? I don't have many options for post-op care, and I was able to recover from my weight loss surgery without any assistance. I know these are very different procedures, but I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any tips or advice. I'm trying to plan ahead as much as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Picked it back up after not playing since January!

After uninstalling the game, redownloading, and starting my mods folder over (which took FOREVER), I recently started the Written in the Stars legacy challenge by SulSulMelli! It feels really good to finally be back in game, I hope it's not a short-lived feeing like it is as usual for me 😅

Pics of my sim Julio & his partner Tae-hyun, his three main club members/besties Luke, Scarlett, and Danica, also a clean copy of first gen rules + one that's marked with progress included 🖤
